EXA Capital acquired majority control of Al Khaleej Ceramics in 2026. Headquartered in Dubai with branches in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the company is a leading supplier of porcelain and ceramic tiles for residential, commercial and industrial projects across the UAE and export markets.
Founded in 1994, Al Khaleej Ceramics was the first factory to introduce porcelain products to the UAE, and is the company behind Grannitto — the first porcelain tile brand launched in the GCC. It sells several million square metres of tile annually across the region.
